Agency spotlights
Rosalie Hall
Rosalie Hall focuses on the needs of pregnant and parenting youth with mental health issues, their children and families. They provide a range of services including counselling and therapy, residential care, a high school program, early learning and child care services.
Rose of Durham – Division of CFSD
Rose of Durham Young Parents Support Division is a program of Catholic Family Services of Durham. This program offers young parents a variety of critical programs to help them deal with the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. Programs include individual and group counselling, prenatal and parenting classes, and a high school partnership.
Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers
Rose of Sharon provides free services to young mothers (14-25 years) and children (0-5 years) in a welcoming environment. Programs include parenting education, one-on-one counselling, practical supports such as food, clothing and diapers, child minding and a high school partnership.
Vita Centre
Vita Centre is dedicated to providing excellent support, education and counselling to vulnerable families, including pregnant and parenting youth, with the goal of empowering them to move forward and thrive. Vita Centre services include counselling, parenting groups, and access to practical supports such as diapers, formula, and gently used baby clothes. The goal of our programs and services is to support parents to access resources and information to help them create the best possible outcomes for their families.
Birthright of Toronto
Birthright helps women facing an unplanned pregnancy by offering emotional support, free pregnancy testing, and maternity and baby clothes. They also give women information and referrals to help them meet their legal, medical, financial, and housing needs.
