Our Place Community of Hope is a program of St. Michael's Homes. This program provides a safe space for people with mental health issues to socialize with each other and access services that build skills for independent living. A variety of social and recreational programs are available for people who have been marginalized because of their illness.

Rose of Durham Young Parents Support Division is a program of Catholic Family Services of Durham. This program offers young parents a variety of critical programs to help them deal with the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. Programs include individual and group counselling, prenatal and parenting classes, and a high school partnership.

Rose of Sharon provides free services to young mothers (14-25 years) and children (0-5 years) in a welcoming environment. Programs include parenting education, one-on-one counselling, practical supports such as food, clothing and diapers, child minding and a high school partnership.

ShareLife funding allows SE Health to offer mentoring opportunities to other social service agencies. SE Health also helps agencies achieve administrative efficiency by providing back-office services in the areas of human resources and financial management. In addition, ShareLife supports SE Health’s Palliative Care HopeLine and its palliative care efforts for the homeless at Journey Home Hospice.

Silent Voice is the only organization in the GTA offering programs, services and community and family-based support to Deaf children, youth and adults in an American Sign Language (ASL) environment. ASL instruction is available for hearing family members.

The Society of Sharing provides volunteer services to isolated seniors and adults with physical disabilities, extending their ability to live independently in the community through sustained home visiting, escorts to medical appointments, telephone support and socialization groups.
